Let's talk about some of these products from a practical point of view, because honestly, shiny things are great to look at but normally not for moms. We're on the go, constantly teetering in and out of sanity, and just trying to keep our heads above water sometimes! So no-hassle fashion is really the only choice.
Let me be honest, this Kate Spade flamingo diaper bag would not have suited my needs when Isla was a newborn. I'm glad that I recognized that then and did not invest in one. I knew that I would need a bag that I could just throw around and wouldn't be afraid to get dirty. Plus, the lack of pockets inside was a huge transition going from my JJ Cole bag. It had tons of pockets, Kate Spade only has 3 or 4. It suits our needs perfectly now that Isla is a little older, isn't having blowout diapers all the time, spitting up all the time, and she's able to walk on her own. All of those factors come into play when considering a diaper bag's functionality. I still wish this Kate Spade bag had a couple more pockets so that I could be a little more organized, but let's be honest, it all ends up being thrown and jumbled all up in there anyways.
As for durability, the fabric has a vinyl texture so any food that gets dropped on the outside can just be wiped off. The inside has this great nylon lining for similar purposes, and is a beautiful silver color to help conceal the dirt. What I love about this diaper bag are the stroller straps that are connected to the inside of the bag. My other bag had these giant, bulky ones that just kind of sat at the bottom of the bag and it was a pain to install them so they were never really used. These straps are so thin (but made of strong leather) so they weigh virtually nothing while being extremely functional. Love it. The size of this bag is fantastic too. It's huge!
On to the Topshop cami's. I love these cami's because you can dress them up or down. Perfect for every day or to wear under a cardigan or blazer for church or work. But I absolutely would not recommend these shirts for nursing moms. They do not have any give, so that's why I say size up! My shirt fit perfectly in the stomach and hips (nice and flowy!) but a little tight in the bust.
What I also love about these cami's: They are virtually wrinkle free. I wore mine three separate times and any wrinkling is very minimal (I also tuck mine in sometimes!). I have a couple of really nice chiffon tops that I absolutely love, but they're so wrinkle-prone that I can't even put a seat belt on or carry my child on my hip without making it look completely unpresentable. I never end up wearing them and they end up hanging gorgeously in my closet, taunting me.
All in all: If you aren't breast-feeding, these tops are a must have. Buy these in the next size up. Buy some staple colors and some neon colors, mix it up with the accessories and wear them with some yoga pants and you're set! This is my version of trying to look presentable while being totally comfortable at the same time. Or as my friend Nick calls it, "Ath-leisure".

This is one of those outfits that is perfect for lounging in the backyard or patio dinner. This nautical striped top and fedora complement each other so well. Which, by the way, I am OBSESSED with this Tory Burch fedora. My mother in-law bought it for my birthday last year and I find any excuse I can to wear it!
